With these assumptions, offering an online shopping service was a logical and natural step. The idea was to make the shopping experience accessible to everyone, at any time of the day.

Our Plan
We accepted with enthusiasm Poli’s request to realize an e-commerce service with the “Click & Collect” feature.
Our proposal has been to use MarketSuite, a modular management system of the entire business process, from the acquisition to the execution of the order (all in web technology).
The service developed for Poli Group is called DupliCarDrive and allows customers to shop their groceries directly online. To execute the order it is necessary to specify the products to be purchased, the date, time slot and store where to collect the order. The service is easy to use: the user can log in to www.duplicardrive.it and register in the “My DupliCard” section. To carry out successfully the order is necessary to be in possession of the DupliCard loyalty card. Payment is made directly at the time of delivery of the goods. The service is free.
The order can be placed online at any time, based on the system availability and it can be collected everyday, Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 8 pm in the time slots available during the order confirmation.

The launch of Poli online shopping service has allowed the company to expand in the e-commerce world and to have the chance to lay the foundations for a successful future.
